We love this dressing from Nourishing Traditions Cookbook. We add more cilantro, some sea salt, and a little garlic powder for our version. It is good.
Makes about 3/4 cups
1/2 cupe extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro~ finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
dash cayenne pepper
pinch of stevia powder
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir vigorously with a fork. Keep in refrigerator.

When I make this dressing we use it on everything. We use it on meat, rice, cheese, veggies, you name it and we will find a way to use this dressing. One we can’t live without!
