Spring is here and that means more smoothies in our home. The warm weather is perfect for a refreshing healthy smoothie. I made this smoothie last night and for breakfast this morning. So good.
~2 bananas (frozen or fresh)
~6-8 pieces of ice
~a few swirls of honey
~ 1 bottle Milk & Honey Amasai or yogurt/kefir
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. This smoothie is packed with probiotics and healthy protein. A great blend of sweetness with tartness (from the fermented cultures). Perfect for the morning pick me up. Check out the importance of probiotics here.
