Here is the chicken recipe my husband used for Mother’s Day weekend. Great flavor and taste.
1 cup Italian dressing
1 T cumin
1 T chili powder
frozen chicken breasts 3-5
Mix cumin, chili powder, and dressing in a bowl. Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour mixture over chicken and cover. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 7-8 hours. We put ours on low and cooked it for about 8 hours. We also added a local sweet chili sauce that we love. Shred chicken in crock pot and mix well.
We used the chicken and made nice big burritos. So good!
